These terms apply to quotes provided and work carried out by Sam’s Property Care. By accepting a quote you agree to these terms.

Who carries out the work

Sam’s Property Care connects homeowners with trusted contractors. For bigger jobs, including roof restorations, roof painting and roof repairs, the work is carried out by an independent partner contractor. That contractor is responsible for the work, the warranty and invoicing you directly, and their own terms apply. We arrange the inspection, help you understand the quote and follow up after the job.

Quotes

Prices for instant-booking services are shown on our pricing page and confirmed when you book. Bigger roof jobs are quoted after an inspection, and the final price is agreed in writing before work starts. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes based on photos are subject to confirmation on site. If we find additional work is needed once on the roof, we will explain it and ask for your approval before going ahead.

Access and safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property and roof on the agreed day. Work may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds or other unsafe conditions.

Payment

Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion of the work.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. Details of any workmanship guarantee and manufacturer product warranties are provided with your quote. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website information
