Local Sydney Specialists Who Look After Your Roof Like It’s Our Own

Why we started

Most people never see their roof. That makes it easy for problems to go unnoticed, and easy for homeowners to be overcharged or talked into work they don’t need. We set up Sam’s Property Care to do things differently: show you exactly what we find, explain it in plain English and give you a clear written price before any work starts.

Today we help homeowners right across Greater Sydney, from the new estates of Box Hill and Marsden Park to established streets in Parramatta, Blacktown and Campbelltown. Every one of our Google reviews so far is five stars, and we work hard to keep it that way.

How we work

Sam’s Property Care connects Sydney homeowners with trusted, experienced contractors.

For bigger jobs such as roof restorations, roof painting and roof repairs, we don’t do the work ourselves. We pass your job to one of our most trusted contractors. They carry out the work, and they are responsible for the warranty and for invoicing you directly.

We stay with you from your first call to the finished job: we arrange the inspection, help you understand the quote and follow up to make sure you’re happy.

On every job, you can expect:

• Photos first. We photograph the problem and the finished job, so you can see what you’re paying for.
• Clear, written quotes. No hourly surprises. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we do it.
• Trusted contractors only. Bigger jobs go to experienced partner contractors we trust, who are responsible for the warranty and invoice.
• Tidy finish. Debris is bagged and taken away, and gutters are cleared after every roof job.
• Always reachable. We answer the phone 24 hours a day on 0402 743 599.
