For bigger jobs such as roof restorations, roof painting and roof repairs, we don’t do the work ourselves. We pass your job to one of our most trusted contractors. They carry out the work, and they are responsible for the warranty and for invoicing you directly.

Are these prices fixed?
For instant-booking services (gutter cleaning, gutter guards, roof cleaning, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing) you see a fixed price once you choose your property details. Roof repairs, roof painting and roof restorations start with an inspection, and the final price is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Why do bigger roof jobs need an inspection first?
The condition of a roof makes a big difference to the work involved, such as how many tiles need replacing or how much ridge capping needs repointing. An inspection means you only pay for the work your roof actually needs.

For bigger jobs such as roof restorations, roof painting and roof repairs, we don’t do the work ourselves. We pass your job to one of our most trusted contractors. They carry out the work, and they are responsible for the warranty and for invoicing you directly.
Is there an extra charge for double-storey homes?
Some services have a double-storey surcharge to cover the extra safety equipment and time: $70 for solar panel cleaning, $100 for bird proofing and $150 for roof cleaning. Gutter cleaning has its own double-storey price.
